Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and oversee maintenance procedures for machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve equipment issues promptly.

- Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve maintenance processes and operational efficiency.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all maintenance activities.

- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment and systems.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.

- Proven experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.

- Proficiency with maintenance management software and MS Office Suite.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
