Watters Wolf Bub Hansmann is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate Attorney with a minimum of three years of experience practicing law, preferably in civil litigation, who has exceptional research, writing, and interpersonal skills to handle high exposure, complex civil litigation matters. As a Senior Litigation Associate at Watters Wolf Bub Hansmann, you will be expected to take on a leadership role in managing a diverse caseload of matters from inception to resolution, including any appeals, which will require developing and implementing effective legal strategies, conducting legal research, preparing legal pleadings, motions, and briefs, managing the discovery process, appearing for depositions, mediations, and arbitrations, and arguing motions in court, among additional tasks.
