About This Position
Cottage Door Press is a young dynamic children’s publishing company located in Rolling Meadows, IL. We are currently in a rapid growth mode and are seeking to add an Order Management Coordinator to our operations and warehouse team based in Southeastern Wisconsin. This position will support the team by coordinating customer activities including orders, shipments, and invoicing. This person will work very closely with the Sales and Operations teams to manage the flow of goods to our customers.
Customer Communications/Maintenance:
- Work with sales team to manage order requirements and respond in various order portals as needed
- Maintain customer records and addresses in ERP system
- Provide daily customer service support through Amazon Seller Central, including responding to customer inquiries, processing replacements, and issuing refunds
- Gather and organize images for new Amazon Seller Central product listings, maintaining a structured shared drive
- Assist with compliance management by locating required documentation and properly storing it in a shared drive
- Support monthly project tracking by manipulating data and accurately entering it into a shared tracking sheet
Manage Order Flow:
- Process incoming orders and manage the flow of future orders, back-order releases, etc.…
- Support Amazon Advantage purchase orders for Lodi Publishing on a weekly basis
- Ensure that Direct to Consumer orders are shipped in the required timeframe
- Troubleshooting problems with orders, shipments, and deliveries
Assistant Liaison with 3PL Warehouse Fulfillment Center:
- Ensure timely processing of orders by our 3PL Warehouse
- Understand and communicate customer requirements to 3PL warehouse as outlined in customer routing guides
Accounts Receivables / Invoicing:
- Assist in invoicing customers for shipments
- Gathering documentation regarding credit claims
Inventory Analyst Responsibilities:
- Assist with Amazon Seller Central inventory management, including coordinating and executing stock replenishments
- Minimum of 3 yrs customer service experience or 2 yrs of college
- Strong communications skills, written and oral
- Organizational skills to manage large flow of information
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Proficiency with Google Apps and Gmail
- Flexibility to function in a growing company
Optional Requirements:
- Familiarity with EDI and the processing steps required to transact accordingly
- Understanding of Retail customers and their unique requirements
- Knowledge of Consumer Product Goods and books a strong plus.
- Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solutions and Warehouse Management functions
