About This Position
- Teach and demonstrate on all aspects of coring.
- Teach and demonstrate commitment in controlling risks and eliminating hazards, as well as educating green drillers about the internal responsibility system and on company policies, procedures, and programs.
- Recommend improvements in our processes and procedures to reduce employees' exposure to chemical, physical, and biological work hazards.
- Conduct and organize training schools and attendees.
- Create learning materials such as videos, booklets, and forms to enhance and promote successful learning.
- Liaise with the HSEC team to obtain up-to-date information on safety and health issues for operations.
- Maintain composure, effectiveness, and flexibility under pressure.
- Visit sites to ensure safety practices are being followed.
- Serve as a role model to all personnel.
- Evaluate appropriate individuals.
