BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST

(Applicants must be based in NC)

JOB SUMMARY:

• Providing data analysis to identify patterns and trends in large data sets.
• Creating regular reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Using statistical analysis to forecast future trends and outcomes.
• Managing and organizing large volumes of data.
• Assist with developing financial models, conducting benchmarking, and process analysis as needed
• Performing analysis and calculation of various investment return metrics (IRR, EM, etc)
• Assist in asset management reporting and communication with existing capital partners, assist in the financial modeling of projects and deal structures.
• Other job duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree required with 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Must possess strong oral and written communication skills to include effectively presenting complex data insights to stakeholders at various levels
• Ability to interpret data, identify patterns and draw logical conclusions
• Must be able to work well with outside vendors and internal management at all levels
• Must proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Office software
• Must be proficient with Power BI or similar Business Intelligence software and other data analysis tools
• Must possess strong planning and negotiating skills
• Must demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills.
• Must have a valid drivers’ license.
