Licensed Mental Health Therapists at our partner practices provide high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families. Success in these roles typically includes maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, completing documentation accurately and on time, and collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Licensed Mental Health Therapist Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities vary by partner practice, but opportunities may include:
- Providing psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Maintaining timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
- Managing an active caseload
- Participating in consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required
- Adhering to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and practice policies
Licensed Mental Health Therapist Required Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD), LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPCC license in the applicable state
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field
- Ability to provide therapy independently
- Comfort using EHR systems and telehealth platforms
Licensed Mental Health Therapist Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with specific populations (children, adolescents, couples, trauma, etc.)
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Experience in outpatient or group practice settings
