Main PointsCan be entry level if the degree is mechanical in nature and there is good lab project experience / lab safety standards in the background.Preference for 1-3 years of real-world lab experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.JD Below. Interview ProcessHR VirtualVP VirtualOn-Site What Youll DoProvide high-quality calibration services for asphalt, soil, and concrete testing equipment Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the full service cycle Support the gauge service team and assist with additional tasks as neededPerform Full 3-Block and 5-Block Gauge Calibrations Prepare and deliver calibration documentation to meet customer compliance needs Follow ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards - stands as the gold standard for laboratory calibration, ensuring competence, global credibility, and regulatory compliance. Use proprietary software (CalPlus Pro) during the calibration process Build standard blocks and maintain gauges through cleaning, lubrication, and diagnostics Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Deliver timely customer updates to ensure an exceptional service experience Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
