Job Description

Mission: Manage new product development, Business Development and Sales related to Thrust Business Products for owners/operators of CFM International Engines and supported contracts.

Job Description:
• Manage General Terms Agreement (GTA) and Letter (LA) creation, review and signature within the CFM Joint Venture, in particular the validation by the partners, for the sale of all Thrust Related Products.
o Ensure Compliance with standard templates and policies applied
o Work closely with Business Operations team to ensure alignment with GE and SAE contract reviews and non-standard deal approval documents.
o Manage and identify contract pricing and margin analysis to aid in deal making alignment and market analysis.
o Define non-standard terms and conditions while aligning administration of contracts to ensure compliance and no missed deliverables to include additional billing.
o Review all new agreements for signature and approval processing within CFM.
o Periodic reports to assess global accounts and contractual definitions of thrust business activity.
o Monitor and drive efficient processing of sales thru the quote, purchase order and signed agreement workflows to ensure expectations are met.
• Oversee the review and update process of all existing or new operating practices for Thrust Business.
o Implement the financial / administrative transactions for airline / lessor customer contracts for sale of products to support the operation of aircraft engines:
o Create quotes, process customer purchase orders, acknowledgements to customers, and various related suppliers purchase order flow down tasks.
o Maintain detailed tracking of process steps and measuring and reporting its performance against applicable metrics.
o With customer team, manage and administer the deal-making and sales process including detailed contract review and any related calculations required.
• Participate in customer meetings related to sale development and pricing negotiation support as well as legal reviews as required.
• Evaluate any opportunity to simplify the various processes between CFM contracts and the Partners team, in particular utilizing the unique characteristic of the CFM Contracts Thrust team to be the only dedicated team on this activity within CFM
• Responsible for annual forecast and revenue reconciliation including growth plan
o Develop thrust revenue streams annual forecast including the appropriate breakdown for product, revenue streams, as well as partner shares.
o Facilitate monthly review of forecast achievement and rolling forecast updates including opportunity feedback, identifying further opportunities. Thru this process grow offers on thrust and increase/sustain satisfactory conversion rate.
• Coordinate the alignment between GE & SAE partners Sales Teams, Business Operations as well as programs to ensure accurate reporting and action plan to achieve annual forecast specific to thrust sales related activity

Job Requirements

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business-related field; master's preferred
• 5-10 years relevant work experience, in an aerospace-related field.
• Airframer and operators experience would be a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership in an international environment, lean as well as team management experience are a requirement
• Experience with management of contracts, sales, marketing, customer relationship management and project management preferred
• Experience with training plan development and training of personnel; in person as well as virtual classroom environment
• Noticeable skill in oral and written communication

• Must possess excellent skill in oral and written communication at all business levels.
• Must have strong analytical skills, attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.
• Must be proactive, able to work independently and able to work under deadlines
• Must be a team player, and able to work close contact with other team members.
• Demonstrated ability to work in an international work environment is a plus
• Must be able to travel occasionally (including internationally)
• Knowledge of French, even if not required, would be a plus.
• High Proficiency with Office, in particular Excel and Power Point
• Prior Salesforce experience is a plus

• Coordinate the alignment between GE & SAE partners Sales Teams, BusOps as well as programs to ensure accurate reporting and action plan to achieve annual forecast specific to thrust sales related activity
• Develop future thrust related products with focus on business needs as well as customer needs. .
o Define key market analysis to support sales growth
o Assess the effectiveness of current products and provide solutions to improve them.
o Get the proposed improved sales product validated by GE & SAE Business
• Responsible for the financial / administrative transactions for airline / lessor customer contracts for sale of products to support the operation of aircraft engines:
o Oversee quote creation, processing of customer purchase orders, acknowledgements to customers, and various related suppliers purchase order flow down tasks.
o Ensure accurate and timely processing of nameplate ordering
o Responsible for thrust plug shipment and return management program
o Maintain detailed performance reports and applicable metrics.
o With customer team, manage and administer the terms and conditions of the airline customer contract, including detailed contract review and any related calculations required.
• In addition to the thrust associated role, this position will require 15-20% transversal activities supporting the other CFM contracts activities, particularly Airframers commercial negotiations.
• Management of a team and their objectives to support thrust sales
