Engineering Coordinator in Houston, Texas at WILSON FIRE EQUIPMENT & SERVICE CO INC

Engineering Coordinator is involved with timely system designs and management.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Receive, Assign and Communicate incoming Jobs to Engineer. Including, but not limited to, tracking Review Drawings/Documents, updating and inputting Picker/BOM, scheduling Turnover/Pre-Engineering Meeting, tracking, and scanning As-Built Drawings/Documents

• Build and Send Submittals or O&M/Close out Documentation to Customer

• Maintain Good Relationship and Communication with Customers

• Maintain Archive Drive

• Maintain Departmental Timesheets including Temporary Staff and Scheduled Time Off

Job Requirements and Preferred Skillsets

• General knowledge of Industry and Job Description

• Excellent Organizational Skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
