As a BDC Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our business and in the lives of our team members and customers every day. We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused BDC Sales Manager who will help us redefine the car-buying experience.
The BDC Manager is responsible for responding to customer inquiries and ensuring that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential on sales.
Make and receive a high volume of inbound/outbound calls Respond to phone inquiries in an efficient professional manner Reply to on-line email leads and requests for sales information within store’s standards Maintain a log of daily activities and completed daily tasks Set appointments as necessary Follow up with customers to confirm appointments Utilize the manufacturer’s prospecting and marketing tools if applicable Maintain a log of customers who visit the dealership Previous experience setting up/running/managing an Automotive BDC is required Previous experience with Internet/Web response centers is a plus Previous CRM experience is a plus Previous experience with Website/SEO/SEM knowledge is a plus Great communication and customer service skills is required Excellent phone presence is required Strong Computer & Phone Skills (ADP, Outlook, Excel) is a must Prior sales, call center, or BDC experience required Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus Must be at least eighteen years of age Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background and drug test)

Compensation: $85,000-$100,000 (wage is comprised of base salary and % of department profit to be determined as part of pay plan)
The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type and years and experience within the industry, education, etc.
