Saile is an AI-powered healthcare staffing platform built by doctors that connects Emergency Medicine physicians with locum tenens and PRN opportunities at partner facilities in Texas, offering $350/hour through our platform. This role is ideal for MD/DO physicians trained in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine with strong emergency/urgent care experience.​

You will provide ED coverage, including rapid assessment, stabilization, and management of high-acuity adult patients in collaboration with on-site clinical teams. Shifts are flexible (days, nights, weekends) with options for short-term blocks or ongoing schedules depending on facility needs, while Saile handles credentialing, scheduling, and payments so you can focus on patient care.​

Qualified candidates must be board certified or board eligible (MD/DO) in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine, hold an active Texas medical license, and have recent ED or high-acuity urgent care experience.
