YOUR TASKS:

  • Planning Transformation: Take over Responsibility of our group Planning Excellence Program and drive finance dedicated planning projects in our strategic BW and SAC landscape

  • Develop a strategic vision and operationalize a “One Planning” approach for strategic simulation, top-down and bottom-up Planning for Group and Divisions

  • Drive Workshops to establish an easy-to-use and end-to-end optimized planning model with operational Controllers and other Planning Functions (e.g. HR, Sales, Production).

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Financial Planning on a global scale and for new or changed steering requirements.

  • Suggest / advise how to optimize planning methods, processes and systems proactively.

  • Ensure seamless integration of Planning into our Analytics and Management Reporting approach together with Reporting SMEs and IT.

  • Project and change management of all related activities from planning excellence perspective including hands on collaboration in planning solution.

  • Ensure global planning governance within the region in terms of process Improvements, local demands and global initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Higher Education: University degree, in Economics/Finance/Accounting/Mathematics is a plus

  • 7+ year experience in international production company in financial planning and Analytics

  • Detailed hands on and conceptual knowledge of SAP BW and SAC including data extraction from ERP.

  • Experience with planning transformation projects and change methods

  • Good understanding of global production company processes and challenges

  • English knowledge on upper intermediate level

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to handle large amount of data, time management skills, learning agility, initiative, result-focused

  • Ability to work in the international and virtual environment, within a global matrix organization.
