This role sits at the intersection of cybersecurity, risk management, and operational resilience, supporting organizations in strengthening their security posture and governance practices. You will contribute to risk and resilience assessments, helping evaluate controls, processes, and security frameworks across business and technology environments. Working closely with IT, cloud, and infrastructure teams, you will play a key role in identifying gaps and supporting mitigation strategies. The position involves both analytical and collaborative work, including interviews with stakeholders and validation of technical evidence. You will also contribute to awareness initiatives such as phishing campaigns and security education. This is an opportunity to grow within a highly dynamic cybersecurity environment, combining hands-on analysis with exposure to strategic security practices.

Accountabilities

Support and execute risk and resilience assessments (RAP), helping evaluate organizational security posture and identify gaps in controls and governance frameworks.
• Conduct interviews with business and IT stakeholders to gather relevant information on processes and security practices.
• Analyze policies, processes, and security controls, ensuring alignment with governance and compliance standards.
• Organize, consolidate, and validate evidence collected during assessments and technical reviews.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to support technical validations and clarify findings.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports, documentation, and action plans based on identified risks and recommendations.
• Support security awareness initiatives, including phishing campaigns, monitoring, execution, and results analysis.

Requirements

This role requires experience in cybersecurity, risk, or compliance environments, with a solid understanding of security frameworks and basic technical foundations.
• Experience in information security, risk management, or compliance activities.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls.
• Understanding of core risk concepts, including identification, assessment, and mitigation.
• Familiarity with networking, cloud environments, and vulnerability concepts.
• Strong communication skills for conducting interviews and documenting findings.
• High level of organization, discipline, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive mindset with curiosity to learn and investigate complex topics.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus, as well as experience with audits, LGPD/privacy, or certifications such as Security+ or ISO 27001 Foundation.
