We're looking for a detail-driven, ownership-minded technician to own our permitting process from start to finish.

The Permit Coordinator is a critical contributor to our end-to-end generator installation projects. You'll review plans sold to customers and design them into permit-ready documents across dozens of municipalities in Florida and Georgia. You don't need to be a generator expert - we want someone hungry to learn, incredibly diligent, and ready to take full ownership of this process.

• Build accurate, thorough site plans for generator installation permits
• Assemble essential permitting documents - spec sheets, gas and electrical diagrams, load calculations
• Collaborate with the permit team to verify all applications before submittal
• Verify municipality requirements using our Permit Playbook and maintain it as requirements change
• Complete permit revisions quickly, accurately, and ideally within the first revision

• Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented - You track and implement specific requirements for specific projects and municipalities with a high degree of accuracy
• Extremely Efficient & Diligent - You balance many projects at once, deliver quickly, and update records without error
• Results-Oriented - You work tirelessly to hit throughput and accuracy goals, and demand the same from yourself and your teammates
