Constantly pursuing excellence in people, products and performance. Our Production Team is currently seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to join us and succeed.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Production Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by coordinating production schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring efficient workflow across departments. This role serves as a key link between production, supply chain, and quality teams to help meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and monitor daily production schedules to ensure timely completion of manufacturing orders.
- Communicate production priorities, updates, and changes across departments.
- Track work-in-progress (WIP) and maintain accurate production records.
- Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure material availability.
- Identify and escalate production delays, shortages, or quality issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.
- Prepare and distribute production reports and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
- Assist supervisors and managers with administrative and operational tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel skills); ERP/MRP system experience is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
