- Develop and execute a full-funnel paid marketing strategy across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), with additional activity across Klaviyo and Pinterest.
- Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion growth.
- Continuously monitor and optimise campaign performance to maximise ROI and efficiency.
- Analyse campaign data, generate insights, and provide clear, actionable performance reporting.
- Collaborate with broader marketing teams on content, creative direction, and social media alignment.
- Support experimentation and innovation in audience targeting, segmentation, and campaign structure.
- Contribute to overall brand growth by improving paid media effectiveness and scaling successful campaigns.
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) in a performance marketing role.
- Strong hands-on experience in paid media execution combined with strategic marketing capability.
- Background in eCommerce, fashion, retail, or consumer-focused digital marketing is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns for performance.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, ad platforms, and reporting dashboards.
- Experience working independently in a remote or self-managed environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across marketing and creative teams.
- Experience with Klaviyo and Pinterest Ads is a strong plus.
