Position Duties:
- Providing positive, productive culture within restaurant
- Improving daily operations
- Achieving profitability
- Developing and training employees
- Maintaining safety/sanitation standards
- Understanding of Profit & Loss Statement
- Knowledge of FPC, Labor, and IFO goals
