Jupiter Bach is seeking a skilled and dedicated Human Resource Manager to oversee HR operations at our Pensacola manufacturing site. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a hands‑on environment, excels in employee support, and ensures compliance and organizational effectiveness.

• Manage all HR functions, including employee records, compliance, and training documentation.
• Manage and develop HR administration staff.
• Support payroll processing and act as a liaison with our HR and Finance team.
• Partner with leadership to support recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Ensure consistent adherence to HR policies and labor regulations.
• Maintain a professional and confidential approach to sensitive HR matters.
• Spearhead our We Care values with strategic projects to grow our We Care culture.

• Experience administering HR programs, payroll, and benefits.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of HR policies and state/federal employment laws.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS/database tools.
