Northshore Exteriors LLC is expanding our Field Operations team and bringing flat and metal roofing installation in-house to improve quality, control scheduling, and reduce reliance on subcontractors. We are hiring two Flat & Metal Roofing Installersone with strong experience and leadership potential, and one who may be less experienced but eager to learn and grow.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role focused on installing steel and flat roofing systems safely, efficiently, and to company standards. The right candidates take pride in showing up prepared, communicating clearly, and producing high-quality work without constant supervision.

• Install flat and metal roofing systems in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications.

• Follow daily and weekly project schedules with minimal supervision.

• Communicate job progress, issues, and material needs clearly to the project lead or supervisor.

• Work efficiently and safely as part of a roofing crew.

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites at all times.

• Assist with material handling, staging, and jobsite preparation.

• Support leadership on-site as needed, with opportunity to grow into a lead or foreman role.

• 5+ years of roofing or construction experience preferred (flat and/or metal roofing strongly preferred).

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to follow instructions, jobsite processes, and safety requirements.

• Physically able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform labor-intensive tasks.

• Team-oriented, accountable, and professional in appearance and communication.

• Reliable transportation to job sites.

• A background check will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws.
