Sales Representative - 70K base + commissions+ vehicle allowance at Legacy Restoration – Sauk Rapids, Minnesota

There are two primary roles for the Sales Representative (SR): (1) direct sales and (2) customer service. The SR is responsible for managing the entire customer experience from start to finish. This includes generating new business, meeting with insurance adjusters, submitting job documentation, and coordinating with internal teams such as the Project Coordinator, Supplement, and Production departments.

SRs are expected to upload signed contracts, photos, measurements, and all relevant notes into the CRM system immediately after appointments to ensure accuracy and support internal workflow. They serve as the main point of contact for the customer, providing regular updates, explaining insurance paperwork, coordinating selections and upgrades, and collecting payments. The SR is accountable for delivering a seamless, high-quality experience that meets Legacys service standards.

$70,000 Base Salary + uncapped commission structure

Top performers in this role can make 220,000/yr- Average performs can make 160,000/yr
