Optalis Health & Rehabilitation is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) with a passion for delivering exceptional care for our Mill Run Care Center in Hilliard, OH.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse in our Mill Run Care Center, you will ensure that our residents receive appropriate personal care and are able to attain their optimum level of functioning. You will build trusting relationships with residents and family members that make a difference on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
  • Current LPN License with IV Certification in the State of Ohio
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Prior experience with PointClickCare a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
