The Manufacturing Support Specialist is essential to maintaining smooth operations across the facility by providing support wherever needed. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on team player, capable of stepping into various roles including machine operation, shipping and receiving, and general warehouse upkeep.

• Fill in for absent team members across departments to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures.
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including loading/unloading trucks, verifying shipments, and organizing inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and production areas.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate daily priorities.
• Support inventory control and material handling as required.
