About This Position
At Daxko, our team helps mission-driven organizations build stronger communities. As a Product Consultant, you will partner closely with customers to guide them through implementing our software and help them adopt tools that make their work easier and more impactful.
This role blends consulting, training, and problem-solving. You will work with customers to understand their goals, recommend best practices, and ensure they feel confident using Daxko products long after launch. If you enjoy helping people learn new systems, solving challenges creatively, and building strong client relationships, this could be a great fit.
- Guide customers through the successful launch of the Daxko products they have purchased
- Serve as a consultant on small to mid-sized implementation projects, helping customers configure solutions that meet their goals
- Learn the full implementation process and apply your product knowledge to support customers at every stage
- Recommend best practices that help organizations get the most value from their software
- Partner with customers after launch to ensure strong adoption and effective workflows
- Deliver training and coaching so teams feel confident using the product
- Maintain strong customer satisfaction and post-launch survey results
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and clear communication
- Contribute to improving documentation and resources used by Product Consultants
- Travel for this role is approximately 25%.

- Comfort learning new technology and teaching others how to use it
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years of experience in consulting, customer success, training, implementation, or a similar client-facing role
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working in the fitness, wellness, or membership-based industry (such as a fitness instructor or personal trainer)
- Experience using member management or CRM software
