Die Setter Wages:

• Wages commensurate with experience
• Shift Premium for Afternoon and Midnight shifts
• Base Wage will be reviewed after 90 Days of employment
• Overtime may be required

Die Setter Job Description:

• Set all dies per Quick Die Change Procedures in the allowed time
• Adjust feeders
• Perform coil changes
• Put on scrap belts and size
• Work with parts conveyors
• Assist operators in the correct way to work on a specific job
• Document as required on all changes to setups
• Perform pre-stage as required

Die Setter Requirements:

• Must be aggressive, forward thinking and highly motivated
• Have excellent attendance
• Be a self-starter with good work habits

• Work in a safe and efficient manner including full lock-out / tag-out
  compliance.
