Job Description: As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and convey information clearly and professionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
