Wellens Agronomics, a premier erosion control and seeding company, is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our team for spring start-up and beyond. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in erosion control, hydroseeding, CDL operation, equipment operation, or mechanical work—or those eager to learn and grow within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial vehicles and equipment (CDL required for applicable roles)
• Perform hydroseeding, seeding, mulching, erosion control, silt fencing, and blanket installation
• Assist with general labor and construction site activities
• Maintain and repair equipment and vehicles as needed
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Work collaboratively with team members on job sites

Qualifications:

• CDL license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in erosion control, seeding, or construction preferred
• Mechanical skills a plus
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team
