This Opportunity:

• Participate in internal project pursuit meetings to identify a strategic direction, competitive advantage, and compelling insight/content to increase sales. Actively engage in internal proposal production meetings to assist in establishing clear assignments and identifying key SEH/team differentiators.

• Draft content in response to RFQ/RFP information and evaluation criteria in a way that showcases SEH and the team’s unique qualifications, understanding, and approach to addressing client needs.

• Translate technical information into content that resonates with a variety of audiences.

• Conduct thorough editorial reviews to ensure one-voice, compliance with SEH standards, and incorporation of key advantages SEH and the team has to offer. Support the interview preparation process from initial strategy to presentation materials and final rehearsals.

• Collaborate with designers and proposal coordinators to identify opportunities to communicate written content visually.

• Assist in managing proposal assets including project experience and resumes.

• This is a remote opportunity open to candidates residing in the majority of US states. (See below for exceptions.)

Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• A personalized cover letter must be submitted with your application.

• Demonstrated excellence in writing and editing, with the ability to translate technical information into engaging content.

• Familiarity with AP style and editorial standards.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback in a collaborative environment.

• Interest in AI-powered marketing tools and emerging technologies.

• Ability to build strong relationships across remote teams.

• Collaborative and strategic mindset with the ability to influence pursuit strategy and positioning through strong writing and insight

Preferred Qualifications:

• Candidates residing in the following states: Texas, Arizona, Florida or Colorado

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.

• Experience in strategy development and client-focused writing; experience responding to RFQs/RFPs.

• Experience with and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud/InDesign.

• Proficiency with digital tools (e.g., HubSpot, Aprimo).

• Experience working in a remote team environment.

• Candidates selected for interview will be asked to provide a writing sample as part of the process.

Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $55,000 and $60,000 based on skill set and experience. Check out our full benefits package at SEH Benefits .
