You will manage, enhance, and automate critical systems supporting customer booklets and certificates, ensuring alignment with state and federal legislation. The position involves cross-functional collaboration with product, regulatory, and operational teams to translate business requirements into system solutions. You will play a key role in process improvements, system performance optimization, and technical support for internal stakeholders. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role that allows you to make a measurable impact on system efficiency, compliance, and overall customer satisfaction. The work environment is fast-paced and collaborative, requiring strong analytical skills, coding expertise, and effective communication.
Maintain, enhance, and automate the Facets Booklet System (FBS) to support accurate production of customer booklets and certificates.
Design, code, test, and debug programs using BPL, integrating with Unix-based systems.
Translate business and regulatory requirements into system logic, ensuring compliance with state and federal legislation.
Manage content updates in FBS, validating alignment with product specifications and regulatory mandates.
Conduct system analysis and Case Installation Tool (CIT) mapping to ensure correct variable translation and functionality.
Provide technical support and training to internal teams, including Facets Contract Analysts and cross-functional partners.
Participate in process improvement projects and operational initiatives to enhance system efficiency and service quality.
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, or related field preferred.
3+ years of technical and product knowledge experience; experience with case installation, contract analysis, and state legislation strongly preferred.
1+ year experience with Facets, BPL, CRISP, and Linux preferred.
Working knowledge of procedural programming and logical coding concepts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat; MS Access preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail in coding and testing.
Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, complex matrix environment.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with precision and accountability.
Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10Mbps download / 5Mbps upload) for remote work.
Annual salary range: $62,100 – $103,500 USD, with eligibility for annual bonus plan.
