Order Fulfillment Specialist at Nephron Pharmaceuticals – West Columbia, South Carolina

Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for the picking and packing operation of the Nephron order fulfillment shipping department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the picking and packing of Nephron’s order fulfillment department.
• Arrange LTL and FTL shipments, including temperature-controlled shipments.
• Assist Order Fulfillment by processing truckload and small package orders.
• Verify orders are complete and accurate prior to shipping.
• Follow standard operating procedures when processing shipments.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Assist with daily and monthly finished good inventory.

Supplemental Functions:

• Work closely with Warehouse Operators and Order Fulfillment personnel.
• Assists shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations as needed.
• Operate pallet jack and forklift.
• Monitor and maintains cleanliness of work area and warehouse.
• Performs other similar duties as required.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous shipping, receiving, and/or warehouse experience preferred.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements:

• This position requires bending, typing, lifting (up to 40 lbs.), standing, sitting and walking throughout the facility.
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Must pass a drug test.
