Allen & Frey Builders & Remodelers Inc is seeking an experienced and highly organized Residential Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects from concept to completion. This role blends hands-on construction expertise with leadership and client communication to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and with exceptional quality.
The ideal candidate will bring strong craftsmanship knowledge, leadership ability, and problem-solving skills to guide teams and subcontractors through every phase of construction. Success in this role requires attention to detail, adaptability in managing jobsite challenges, and a commitment to delivering a White Glove Service experience to every client.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and oversee all phases of residential construction projects from planning through completion.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure efficient project delivery.
Lead and coordinate teams of subcontractors, vendors, and trade professionals.
Monitor project budgets, track costs, and identify opportunities for cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and quality expectations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and excellent service.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and address potential risks proactively.
Manage on-site challenges and coordinate solutions to keep projects on schedule.
Conduct jobsite inspections to maintain workmanship quality and safety standards.
Oversee final project walkthroughs and ensure a seamless handover to clients.
5+ years of experience in residential construction leadership roles such as Lead Carpenter, Foreman, or Project Manager preferred.
High school diploma or GED preferred; additional construction training or certifications are beneficial.
Entry-level candidates with strong construction knowledge and leadership potential may be considered.
Strong understanding of residential construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address jobsite challenges.
Commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship and outstanding client service.
