Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

• Proven experience as a estimator or in a similar role

• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment

• Proficiency in estimating software such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar

• Familiarity with CAD software and reading architectural/engineering drawings

• Excellent numerical skills and an analytical mindset

• Ability to prepare detailed project estimates and bids

• Understanding of risk analysis and cost control

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines

• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and compliance requirements

• Experience with on-screen takeoff processes

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Professional certification (e.g., Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or similar) is preferred

• A valid driver's license and willingness to visit job sites as needed
