Canvasser Team Lead & Trainer - Storm Team

Allstar Home Services Storm Response Team is looking for a Canvass Team Lead & Trainer to lead, train, and develop door-to-door canvassing teams across the Midwest. This is a field leadership role for someone who thrives outdoors, communicates with confidence, and knows how to motivate a team to perform at a high level. Youll work directly with canvassers, homeowners, and management to ensure appointments are set, teams are trained properly, and performance goals are consistently met. If youve done door-to-door, enjoy coaching others, and want a clear path into higher leadership this is your next move. - $1,500 $3,000+ per week (base + overrides + bonuses)
- Leadership role with real authority and impact
- Hands-on training & mentorship responsibilities

- Work with a motivated, mission-driven storm response team
- Travel opportunities across the Midwest
- Lead teams of door-to-door canvassers in storm-affected neighborhoods
- Train new and existing team members in a proven conversation and appointment-setting process
- Run daily pre-shift and post-shift meetings
- Provide real-time field coaching and feedback
- Mentor senior canvassers and develop future leaders
- Educate homeowners on storm damage and next steps
- Set FREE roof and exterior inspections for sales teams
- Ensure accurate contact info and appointment confirmation
- Assist with hail checks and documentation of campaigns
- Assign and manage territories for canvassers
- Track team performance against daily and weekly goals
- Report metrics and progress to the Canvass Manager
- Hold 1-on-1s with team members to coach, motivate, and course-correct
- Proven experience in door-to-door canvassing or D2D sales
- Natural leader who enjoys coaching and developing people
- Confident communicator, face-to-face with homeowners
- Comfortable working outdoors and traveling for storm response
- Organized, driven, and able to hold teams accountable
- Full-time availability (including some evenings and weekends)
- Industry-recognized training and certifications

- Travel-based role with housing coordinated when needed
