In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing wealth management services by supporting financial advisors and delivering tailored solutions to clients. You’ll contribute to a wide range of initiatives, from financial planning and performance reporting to family office services and operational improvements. - Support financial advisors by delivering wealth management solutions, including financial planning and client service enhancements
- Manage product and vendor relationships, conducting research and ensuring alignment with business needs
- Contribute to family office services initiatives and support ultra-high-net-worth client solutions
- Collaborate with leadership, advisors, and cross-functional teams to improve service offerings and operational models
- Track performance metrics, monitor activities, and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
- Lead or contribute to project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors
- Support integration efforts for new offices and ensure consistency in service delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management or financial services
- Strong knowledge of financial planning strategies and wealth management solutions
- Experience in product or vendor management and client-facing environments
- Familiarity with family office services and working with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and client-focused approach
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general technology tools
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
