Full-time (30+ hours/week)

Shift Options:

• Wednesday–Sunday: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM or 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM
• Friday–Tuesday: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM or 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM

An autonomous mobility company is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead a team of vehicle operators.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work closely with your team to ensure safe, efficient vehicle operations and high-quality testing.

• Lead and support a team of vehicle operators
• Ensure safety standards are followed at all times
• Oversee daily vehicle operations and testing
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance support
• Handle scheduling, coordination, and admin tasks
• Act as a point of contact for team members and contractors
• Step in and assist with vehicle operations when needed
• Work closely with operations and leadership teams

• 2+ years of autonomous vehicle operator experience
• Active AVT permit
• Strong leadership or management experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Clean driving record
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment

• Experience with Zoox or similar AV companies
• 2+ years in autonomous vehicle or operations roles
• Experience as a team lead, instructor, or supervisor
• Background leading cross-functional teams

• Strong leader who can hold others accountable
• Hands-on and willing to jump in when needed
• Motivates and coaches team members
• Detail-oriented and safety-focused
• Comfortable with both technical and operational tasks

• 1-hour initial interview
• 1.5-hour panel interview
