HR PAYROLL SPEC at The Faricy Boys – Colorado Springs, Colorado

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist / Payroll Specialist to manage full-cycle payroll and support HR operations across multiple locations. This role requires strong payroll knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple systems and deadlines.

Compensation: $26.00 – $30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

What You’ll Do

Payroll Responsibilities

• Process mid-month, month-end, and off-cycle payrolls from start to finish, including calculating commissions for multiple locations
• Ensure timely payment of payroll taxes, 401(k), benefits, workers’ compensation, and unemployment
• Post month-end payroll accruals
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance

HR & Employee Administration

• Manage employee data, onboarding, and terminations in ADP
• Manage PTO and sick time accruals
• Maintain payroll records, including I-9 compliance
• Track and verify Sales Licenses
• Assist HR with onboarding and projects

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll or HR experience (multi-location preferred)
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar system
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, taxes, and compliance
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
