About This Position
Dallas Dental Assistant School - Mesquite is hiring a Part-Time Dental Assistant Instructor for our ongoing 12-week hands-on clinical training programs.
- Schedule: Saturdays, 7:30am – 6:30pm (breaks included). Note: teaching schedule may vary based on morning and/or afternoon class availability.
- Location: Dallas - Mesquite, TX (In-Person)
- Compensation: $24–$26/hr, depending on experience.
What You'll Do
- Demonstrate chairside procedures and clinical techniques
- Teach radiology fundamentals and safety protocols
- Coach students during hands-on lab practice
- Provide performance feedback and skills assessments
- Maintain infection control and classroom safety standards
- Foster a supportive, structured learning environment

Requirements:- 5+ years of dental assisting or chairside experience
- Active Radiology Certification
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Strong communicator: able to explain clinical procedures clearly to learners with no prior experience
- Able to commute to location(s)
Nice-to-haves: prior teaching or mentoring experience, Dentrix familiarity, leadership background
