Position Description:

As an Environmental Services Worker I, you’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for both individuals served and employees. Your work directly supports the well-being and recovery of those in our care by ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our site.

What You’ll Do

Keep our site safe and welcoming by cleaning and maintaining rooms, restrooms, common spaces, and offices. Organize, stock, and maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment. Safely handle and remove hazardous materials while following infection control and safety protocols. Monitor for spills or hazards and address them promptly. Assist with training on cleaning agents and ensure safety compliance. Provide reliable support that helps individuals served focus on healing and recovery. What You’ll Bring

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Experience

• At least 3 months of general housekeeping experience (required).
• Healthcare experience (preferred).
