The Cary Company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our Great Lakes / Midwest region. This role provides full leadership responsibility for a team of outside sales representatives across key Midwest markets, with direct impact on revenue growth, team development, and regional execution.
This is a field‑oriented leadership role. While posted in the Midwest, the role manages a multi‑state territory and requires regular travel throughout the region.

- Base Salary: $95,000–$130,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Bonus Program: Performance‑based bonuses tied to team and regional results
- Additional Incentives: Rewards for new customer acquisition and key performance milestones
- Develops and executes regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Leads, coaches, and mentors a team of outside sales representatives
- Owns forecasting, pipeline health, and regional performance metrics
- Builds strong relationships with key accounts and strategic prospects
- Is comfortable managing a dense, multi‑state Midwest territory with frequent travel
- Collaborates closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams
- Brings a disciplined, positive, and results‑driven leadership style
- Proven success in sales leadership, ideally within industrial, packaging, or B2B distribution environments
- Experience managing multi‑state or regional sales teams
- Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills
- Confidence negotiating and closing complex opportunities
- A college degree or equivalent experience — we value results over credentials
