Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service
• Present and demonstrate our products/services to clients
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries or concerns
• Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and maintain accurate records.
• Identify sales opportunities and generate referrals

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with CRM software
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Ability to learn and deliver presentations of our products tailored to our customers needs.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Must be able to lift minimal 50lbs and climb ladders for potential attic inspections
• Must hold a valid Driver's License
