LEAD Mental Health Associate-RTF, Adolescent Unit at Springbrook Behavioral Health System – Travelers Rest, South Carolina

Springbrook Behavioral Health in Travelers Rest is seeking a Lead Mental Health Associate for one of our adolescent units on our RTF.

The Lead Mental Health Associate is responsible for providing direct management of the patients and staff. They assist other members of the department in the execution of treatment plans, adherence to schedule, providing a safe environment and thoughtful observations and documentation in caring for the patients.

Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years experience in a behavioral health setting.

A High School diploma is required and an Associates or Bachelors degree would be a plus. This is a 2nd Shift position, 2:30pm- 10:30pm.
