Experienced Business Central Manager for an exciting ERP company in Eslv

We are looking for an experienced Manager, Profiessional Services for our Swedish office in Eslv, an exciting position that includes both direct management and delivery responsibility for our ERP solutions. JMA Maskindata develops digital solutions for companies that sell, rent or service machines in the agriculture and construction industry.

As a Manager, Professional Services you will be responsible for both projects, customers and a small consulting team, and in collaboration with the sales team in Sweden, you will contribute to JMA Maskindata growing in relation to the decided strategy. You will have a very close collaboration, with most functions at our head office in Denmark, and you must therefore also expect regular meetings in Denmark.

Our new Manager, Professional Services has a distinctly commercial background and will be responsible for ensuring that the organization's focus is directed towards value-creating activities, and the employees are registered and invoiced hours according to the time spent.

You will report to JMA's COO who is located at our head office in Denmark.

Tasks

• Create a motivating and collaborative environment at the office in Eslv
• Contribute to the collaboration with the head office in Denmark
• Responsible for holding relevant meetings in the organization, also with the participation of representatives from Denmark
• Responsible work environment work in the Swedish organization, in close collaboration with relevant parties and the head office in Denmark
• Ensure that customer projects are carried out according to agreed processes, with a focus on time, resources and finances
• Actively participate in workshops in order to develop the optimal solution design for customers
• Participation with necessary sparring in project teams, and ensuring the necessary progress in the projects
• Manage the finances of ongoing projects and identify potential risks

We imagine that you:

• Having several years of experience with MS D365BC/Nav as well as ERP implementation, alternatively your ERP experience can come from another system
• Extensive experience as a senior consultant, as well as with management consultants or project teams
• Have natural authority and the ability to create structure and common direction
• Understand project economics and occupancy management
• Solid knowledge of digitalization, IT projects and business processes.
• Commercial understanding and ability to create customer value
• Strong Communications and collaboration skills
• Experience working with sales, development, and support teams
• Communicates freely both orally and in writing in Swedish and English
