Description:
HTI is recruiting for a Production Supervisor (1st Shift) to support a brand-new manufacturing facility in Hardeeville, SC. This role is responsible for leading daily production operations, driving safety and quality standards, and ensuring the team meets production goals. This is a hands-on leadership position with a strong focus on process improvement, team development, and operational efficiency.

High school diploma or equivalent required (associate or bachelor’s preferred)
3–5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of production processes, safety, and quality standards
Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Ability to read production schedules and manage workflow
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
Experience with continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) preferred
Proficiency with basic computer systems and reporting tools
Ability to work 1st shift hours and support operational needs
Lead and supervise daily production activities on 1st shift
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met
Monitor workflow, staffing, and equipment to optimize efficiency
Enforce safety protocols and promote a strong safety culture
Train, coach, and develop production team members
Address performance issues and support employee development
Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams
Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity
Track production metrics and prepare reports for leadership
Support new equipment launches and process changes
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment
