We are seeking a mission-driven CWSP Client Relations Manager to help make that vision a reality. This unique role combines meaningful relationship-building with life-changing impact. You will serve as a trusted partner to leading Twin Cities employers while mentoring high school students as they develop into the professionals, leaders, and changemakers of tomorrow.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, providing proactive, responsive, white-glove customer service.
• Serve as the primary contact for employers, ensuring an exceptional experience and long-term partnership success.
• Coach and support students as they develop workplace skills, professionalism, confidence, and career readiness.
• Visit student worksites and collaborate with supervisors, families, and school staff to promote student success.
• Help create meaningful work experiences that expand opportunities and transform lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three to five years of experience in business, education, nonprofit, customer relations, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• A commitment to educational equity and the mission of Cristo Rey Jesuit High School.

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or nonprofit management
• Fluent bilingual Spanish/English speaking skills to support CRJHS families
