Buckeye Senior Care is seeking dedicated, empathetic Caregivers to join our team! You will provide personalized support to residents within an Independent Senior Living community, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence in a collaborative residential setting.

Weekends are where our clients need us most! In this specialized role, you will be the backbone of our Saturday and Sunday care team. You will work guaranteed hours to provide essential support during our peak times, ensuring our clients receive seamless, high-quality care while giving our hard-working on-call team a much-needed lift.

Whether you’re experienced or just starting out—we’ll provide the training you need to succeed!

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Escort residents to meals, social events, and community activities.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and emergency alerts.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and dining room service.
• Observe and report changes in physical or mental conditions to the nursing staff.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in senior living, caregiving, or nursing assisting preferred (training available for the right candidate).
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient approach.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
