$45,000–$65,000+ Expected Annual Earnings | Monthly Base + Commission

We're looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, developing new business, and helping customers find insurance solutions that fit their needs.
Insurance experience is welcome, but it isn't required. We provide training and guidance to help motivated candidates develop the skills needed to succeed.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and outreach.Connect with prospective customers to identify insurance needs.
Present auto, home, life, business, and other insurance solutions.
Prepare quotes and explain available coverage options.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Follow up with prospects and work toward sales goals.
Participate in training and ongoing professional development.QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in sales, business development, and customer relationships.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
Willingness to learn and participate in training.
Previous sales or customer-facing experience is beneficial.
Insurance experience and licensing are a plus, but not required.Compensation
