Find your place in the kitchen

Sous Chef
Be the Head Chef’s right hand. Take a hands-on role in leading service, managing the pass and supporting the team. You’ll help maintain consistency, train new starters and keep daily kitchen operations running smoothly.

Chef de Partie
Take ownership of your section, from organised prep to confident execution during service. You’ll deliver dishes to our recipe and presentation standards, support junior chefs and keep stock rotation and waste in check.

Commis Chef
Build your skills alongside experienced chefs. You’ll assist with prep, cooking and plating, learn our recipes and kitchen systems, and develop confidence across different sections.

Kitchen Hand
Keep the kitchen moving. You’ll take care of dishwashing, cleaning and organisation, help with basic prep and support the chefs through service. Reliability, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are key.
