Thrive Behavioral Hospital in Las Vegas is looking for a full-time licensed therapist who wants to make a real difference in people’s lives. You’ll lead group therapy, help shape treatment plans, and work one-on-one and with families every day.

What you’ll do:

• Lead group therapy sessions and help oversee treatment planning
• Complete psychosocial and social assessments
• Provide individual and family therapy
• Coordinate care across the continuum, so clients get the right services and we meet referral source and agency requirements
• Work with patients, families, and discharge resources to plan what comes next

Nice to have:

• Experience with the patient population we serve
• Case management or utilization review experience
• Experience with therapeutic limit-setting, level systems, or other behavior management approaches
• A general understanding of commonly prescribed psychotropic medications and their side effects, and knowing when to bring in nursing staff
• Strong documentation skills, so the record fully describes each patient’s response and functioning

• Master’s degree
• Current Nevada state clinical licensure (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT)
• One or more years of experience in a behavioral health setting
• One year of inpatient clinical experience, including diagnosis, psychotherapy, and assessment-based treatment planning
• Strong theoretical knowledge of psychopathology and treatment techniques for each type of therapy
• Current CPR certification for healthcare professionals, renewed on time
• Annual HWC certification (training and certification provided by Thrive)
