Our staff, often referred to as “Taco Gods”, play a crucial role in our success, ensuring that the operation runs smoothly and that our patrons receive high quality meals. They are responsible for, but not limited to, the following.

• Greeting guests, assisting them with the ordering, and understanding of menu options
• Preparing ingredients: Washing, chopping, and measuring various components for dishes.
• Processing customer orders: Working on the line to cook meals according to specific orders.
• Following recipes: Ensuring consistency and accuracy in the preparation of each dish.
• Adjusting dishes based on customer preferences: Catering to special requests, such as allergies or dietary needs.
• Maintaining a clean workspace: Keeping their station organized and sanitized.
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines: Ensuring that food handling practices meet industry standards to prevent contamination.
• Using kitchen equipment: Safely operating stoves, grills, fryers, and other appliances.
• Inventory management: Assisting in keeping track of stock and notifying when supplies need to be restocked.
• Presentation: Ensuring meals are presented attractively and meet the restaurant's standards.
• Checking back with customers in regard to food and quality thereof
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment in the dining, bathroom, and communal areas
