Skills & QualificationStrong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C# to design and develop automation frameworks and test suites.

Proficiency in testing frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or TestNG to automate web and mobile testing.

Experience with version control systems such as Git to manage and track code changes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot automation issues.

Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to improve automation processes.

Leadership skills to manage and grow automation frameworks and test suites.

Strong collaboration skills to work with development and product teams to identify areas for improvement and implement automation solutions.

Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes.
