Server Assistant at Corporate Management Group – Cleveland,, Ohio

OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an Enthusiastic, Motivated, Team-Oriented Servers Assistant that wants to join a company that has a Culture of Caring! Specific Duties:

• Work closely with the assigned Table Host to ensure timely and professional service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all side stations to include stocking straws, beverage napkins, flatware, plate ware, and printer paper
• Ensure all glassware, plate ware, and equipment presented to the table is clean and polished
• Maintain clean floors, booths, chairs, and tables before, during, and after the shift
• Perform prep for table service garnishes each night while adhering to company specifications
• Perform all duties assigned by the Table Host and Manager on Duty

Requirements:

· Must be at least 21 years of age upon date of hire

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 6 (six) hours in length.
• Must have a good sense of balance and bend, kneel, and react swiftly to actions surrounding them.
• Must have the ability to lift bus pans, trays, and cases of food and beverage weighing as much as 30 pounds.

Pay Range: $20 - $25 an hour
